Sales statistics are available only if you connect tracking (activity tracking) on the website
Sales report is available in enKod in the section Reports ➔ Sales.
The report allows you to view all the sales on your website that we have recorded by tracking. The report can be filtered by period and you can compare metrics and performance.
If you don't understand how any of the metrics are calculated - you can hover over the tooltip next to the name.
With groupings, sales metrics can be compared by day, week, month and year. Tiles allow you to compare metrics by revenue, average receipt, orders and sold goods for a custom period, which is set in the filter, and the preceding period (not only in rubles and units, but also in percentages).
When tracking is connected, the report can view data on orders made by users within 24 hours (configured by default, the attribution window can be changed in the Settings ➔ Mailings section) after moving from an email to a website.
The order is assigned by last click (attribution): the last email from which a click led to a purchase
In order for tracking to determine the email address of a contact who came to the site from an email message, you must specify the eksubsemail URL parameter in messages, the value of which must be the recipient’s email using the personalization tag {{subscriber_email}}.
The report can be:
Opening the site from an email and ordering without authorization
If it is possible to place an order on your site without authorization (for which the method of contact creation should be configured), it is necessary to explicitly pass the email address of the user who came to the site from the email. To do this, you need to write the URL parameter eksubsemail
in the messages, in the value of which you should pass the recipient's email address using the personalization tag {{subscriber_email}}
. If the user is always authorized when ordering, then it is not necessary to do this, because the email will be received through authorization, and the order will be written to the already known contact.
If you have correctly integrated the recommendations module and set up a product feed, the report will display:
