Recommendation reports on the website
At the moment you can view statistics on clicks on recommendation blocks in the block details or in the “Reports” section. To set up statistics you need to specify the corresponding parameter in the block of recommendations (in case of script integration) or set up the API-request (for server integration).
The report can be exported in .csv format. To make the file easy to read, use any code editor or Excel. If you are using Excel, open the file as follows: Data ➔ Get data ➔ From a text/CSV file ➔ Set “File Source” to Unicode UTF-8, “Separator” to comma ➔ Load.

| Revenue from recommendations to total revenue | The ratio of revenue from recommended products to revenue from all orders, % |
| Quality of recommendations | Ratio of associated revenue to direct revenue, % |
| Total orders | Total number of orders with and without recommendations |
| Direct orders | Number of orders with recommended products |
| Associated orders | The number of orders made after clicking on the recommendation block, but not containing the recommended product |
| Total products sold | Number of all products sold (recommended and not) |
| Recommended products sold | Number of all recommended products sold |
| Recommended products sold to all products sold | Percentage of recommended products sold to the total number of products sold, % |
| Average cheque | The ratio of revenue from all orders to the number of all orders |
| Average number of products per order | The ratio of the total number of products in all orders to the total number of orders |
