Introduction to the enKod Knowledge Base
Welcome to the enKod Knowledge Base, glad to see you! Here you will find all the information necessary for using the platform, setting up your first mailings and much other useful material.
Below we will tell you about the structure of our Knowledge Base and how to quickly get answers to all questions that arise during the work process.
What's useful in the knowledge base

How to use enKod knowledge base
All the main sections of the Knowledge Base are collected on the main page. To get to the main page you can:
- click on “enKod logo | Knowledge Base” in the upper left corner of the Knowledge Base
- click on “Home” in the navigation bar of the Knowledge Base
- follow the link
Knowledge Base Search
The search bar, which will help you find the instructions you need by title and content, is located at the top of the screen on any page.

You can navigate between sub-pages using “breadcrumbs”.
Navigation menu
Located on the left side of the screen as a list of all instructions grouped by each section of enKod.
Instruction contents
A block on the right side of the instruction that lists the contents of the instruction and allows you to quickly move to the desired topic.
Additional features
- link to the site enkod.io - there you can read our clients’ cases of integration with enKod, increasing revenue, audience engagement using CDP
- arrow at the top right of the screen will allow you to return to the very beginning of the article.
- useful links highlighted in blue inside the instructions allow you to get additional information about the operation of a particular functionality, if it is related to the topic you are studying.
