Action history
- At the moment not all actions and events are logged, we are working on expanding the list
- Only actions performed via the interface or sent via API are logged; events sent via script are not logged yet
We will record and display any actions on entering, modifying and deleting data in your account in the section Settings → Action History. From the table you can get information about:
- date and time of the action
- user (if the action was performed through the enKod platform interface) - the user's email (login) will be displayed.
- action - this column will contain the name of the specific action performed. For API actions, the names are clickable - displaying information about the body of the request.
- details - the id of the entity involved in the action will be displayed here.
For example, if the action of creating a contact was recorded, the id of the contact will be displayed here, which can be used to go to the card of this contact.
- Method - so far only one method of action is available - Interface. In the near future we will record events via API as well
- IP-address from which the action was performed
- Method - we log only POST, PUT and DELETE requests
- Status - all logged (200, 201, 400, 401, 403, 404, 500)
- Request-ID - on hovering you can copy it.
The table can be searched by:
- user (only for actions in the interface)
- action details (only for actions in the interface) -
- entity id
- entity name
- entity system name
- Request-ID
