Sales report
Sales statistics are available only if you connect tracking (activity tracking) on the website
Sales report is available in enKod in the section Reports ➔ Sales.
Sales on the website
The report allows you to view all the sales on your website that we have recorded by tracking. The report can be filtered by period and you can compare metrics and performance.
If you don't understand how any of the metrics are calculated - you can hover over the tooltip next to the name.
With groupings, sales metrics can be compared by day, week, month and year. Tiles allow you to compare metrics by revenue, average receipt, orders and sold goods for a custom period, which is set in the filter, and the preceding period (not only in rubles and units, but also in percentages).
Sales from mailings
When tracking is connected, the report can view data on orders made by users within 24 hours (configured by default, the attribution window can be changed in the Settings ➔ Mailings section) after moving from an email to a website.
The order is assigned by last click (attribution): the last email from which a click led to a purchase
In order for tracking to determine the email address of a contact who came to the site from an email message, you must specify the eksubsemail URL parameter in messages, the value of which must be the recipient’s email using the personalization tag {{subscriber_email}}.
The report can be:
- filtered by period, and the metrics displayed in the tiles for revenue, orders and products sold for the selected period can be compared relative to the previous one.
- viewed by the following metrics:
- days
- weeks
- months
- years
- messages
- sending conditions
- tags
- exported in Excel format
Sales from recommendations
If you have correctly integrated the recommendations module and set up a product feed, the report will display:
- dates of purchases
- revenue from the purchase of recommended products
- number of orders with recommended products
- number of recommended products sold
The report can be:
- filtered by period, and the metrics displayed in the tiles for revenue, orders and products sold for the selected period can be compared relative to the previous one.
- viewed by the following grouped metrics:
- days
- weeks
- months
- years
