Account settings

You will find the account settings in the menu tab. These include:

  • account time zone (set by default when creating an account)
  • link to your site - necessary for pop-up previews and calculation of profit from mailings (if tracking of actions on the site is enabled).
  • currency setting

Import restriction

If your rate is based on the number of contacts and you don't want to accidentally exceed it, you can enable a restriction on importing contacts in your account settings. You can limit it to manual import by file and/or adding contacts by API.

When the restriction is active, the system will not allow you to upload a file, the number of contacts in which will cause your current rate to be exceeded. In case of API restriction, in response to methods of adding new contacts you will receive a message that the contact cannot be added because the limit has already been reached.

The restriction cannot be enabled for adding contacts from tracking, pop-ups, web and mobile push subscriptions.

The limit can be turned off at any time. In this case, the overage will become available again, and you will need to pay it additionally at the end of the month.

You can also edit access rights and delete a key.

IP Management

For sending domains on dedicated IP addresses, you can configure the distribution of sends from each of the sending domains to a domain family or a specific recipient domain.

Allocation is available under Settings ➔ IP Management.

Setting up send distribution will allow you to improve the reputation of your IP addresses, as well as take advantage of their good reputation. For example, it's a good idea to use a particular IP address to send emails to Gmail if you notice that your Gmail emails are delivered better from that IP address than from other IPs.

By default, popular domain families are available for customisation, which include the following domains:

Mail.ru

  • mail.ru
  • internet.ru
  • bk.ru
  • inbox.ru
  • list.ru

Gmail

  • gmail.com

Yandex

  • yandex.ru
  • ya.ru

Yahoo

  • yahoo.com

Outlook

  • outlook.com
  • hotmail.com

iCloud

  • me.com
  • icloud.com
  • mac.com

At the same time, if, for example, some of the corporate domains do not have a very high delivery rate, you can add this domain manually and configure it to send from one of your IPs, so as not to spoil the reputation of the others.

If you don't configure distribution for any domain or domain family, we will distribute the dispatches randomly.
