Pop-Up Reports
General reports
This section presents summary statistics for all windows for the selected time period in tabular form.
Filtering and sorting of indicators can be performed by the following parameters:
- period
- device type
- window type
The statistics can be exported and will be uploaded as a .csv file with the filters and grouping applied.
Window reports
Go to the window details by clicking on the pop-up in the list. The “Statistics” section provides a report on the selected pop-up.
The window data is displayed in the form of a table with the main indicators:
- number of visitors on the site
- number of displayed windows
- number of closed windows
- number of conversions (from the number of displays)
Note that the number of impressions will not always be equal to the sum of conversions and closures, as the user may close the pop-up not by clicking the button, but by closing the browser tab or the browser itself.
