Data
This block includes categories common to all services:
Tracking
Tracking is installed on your site and allows you to collect information about user behaviour. In this block we wrote about how to set up tracking in enKod.
Contacts
Contacts includes people you interact with via emails, push notifications, pop-ups.
Segments
Segments are dynamic filters that are relevant “here and now”. They are applied to contacts directly at the moment of interaction with the user.
Mailing groups
We call mailing groups the Send permission tokens that are assigned to a contact.
Data fields
You can send additional information about your contacts to data fields: geolocation, personal data, and more. - to use in segments and personalise content.
Data tables
Data tables can be used to store information about customers, their purchases and actions. Data from the tables can be applied to dynamic content or used for customer segmentation.
SQL templates
SQL templates are used to create complex data samples from tables. The information retrieved by the template can then be used in dynamic email content or segments.
Settings
In this block, we talked about the settings of your account and personal profile. For example, how to change the interface language.
