Monthly report to email

Under Settings → Account → Report to email you can sign up for a monthly report on key email marketing performance metrics for your enKod account.

Regular monitoring of these metrics is essential for informed decision making and strategic planning. Instead of diving into the routine of collecting data from individual reports in the platform, you get ready analytics directly to your email: to do this, check the “Subscribe to the monthly report” box (you can specify up to 5 addresses). Statistics for the previous month will be sent to the specified emails on the first day of the current month. You can unsubscribe from receiving the report via the unsubscribe button in the e-mail or via the settings in the interface.

Metrics Base Volume, Net Base Volume, Outflow and Retention are counted cumulatively at the moment of report generation. Other metrics (Delivery Rate, uOR, uCTR, etc.) are calculated as an average for the period.
