To use the built-in AI-generator for Message Subject and Preheader, open the Message editor, click the corresponding button in the lower right corner of the preview or in the subject and preheader input fields.

In the window that opens, you will be able to generate a subject and a preheader, sourced from the content of your email. To insert your favorite variant into the message, just click on the desired subject or the preheader in the list - the text will automatically appear in the corresponding field, overwriting the previous value in it. Once inserted, the text can be edited manually.

Artificial intelligence generates 3 unique variants of the subject and preheader pairs in one attempt, based on the text of the HTML version of the email.

• If the email has little text or consists of only images, dynamic content and snippets, the generation results may be incorrect;
• If the HTML version of the email is empty or has insufficient text (less than 100 characters), you will see a warning in the interface that generation is not possible due to insufficient information. Such generation errors do not reduce the daily limit of generation attempts.

Generation of new pairs may take some time, which depends on the size of the mail, availability of servers and many other factors.

• all generated pairs are saved in the message generation window and remain there until the message is deleted;
• changing the layout of a message does not affect the generation history, but is taken into account by artificial intelligence when generating themes and preheaders for this message;
• generation history is not transferred when copying a message.

In some cases, the subject and preheader may be generated in a different language than the one used in the letter, due to the way the model works. This can happen for several reasons:

• there are less than 120 characters in the target language in the email
• there are characters in the text (including invisible characters often used for empty preheaders, e.g.:  ) or words of another language (for correct detection, characters of the main language should account for more than 70% of the ratio)
• generation is complicated by cases of words that are used in the same way in a number of foreign languages (for example: prologue is used in both English and French), which together with the insufficient number of characters of the main language may cause the language to be defined incorrectly.

There are 50 generation attempts available per day (each attempt is three Message Subject + Preheader pairs).

The limit is reset at 00:00 Moscow time. If you run out of attempts, the generation button will become inactive until the next day. Sometimes generation may fail due to technical failures (for example, if the AI service is temporarily unavailable). In this case, a message explaining the error will appear.
